Hangzhou International Christian Fellowship (HICF) is a Christian fellowship organized and maintained by Christians holding foreign passports residing in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The Fellowship’s activities are under the auspices of Si Cheng Church, affiliated with the China Christian Council. The Fellowship was set up on the initiative of Christians resident in Hangzhou to provide the foreign Christian Community living in or visiting Hangzhou a place for fellowship and worship. It is a Fellowship that strives to live in, share and exemplify Christ love. HICF as a part of the one holy universal church (the body of Christ of which He is the head) provides member support, guidance, encouragement in daily life issues as well as a source for Christian spiritual growth in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Hangzhou International Christian Fellowship is a non-denominational fellowship that embraces individuals from mainstream Christian denominational backgrounds. The core teachings of HICF are centered and based on the plain teachings of the Bible as summarized in our Statement of Faith.

HICF functions in the church are currently only open to foreign passport holders who wish to attend. This is in accordance with the government regulations of the People’s Republic of China.

The leadership of HICF is unique, not centered on an individual but on the general consensus of a group of individuals called upon to serve the fellowship in love and unity as revealed in the word of God.
